Description of the access procedures

The Biobank of Eastern Finland provides samples from its sample repository and clinical information for medical research and R&D purposes. All feasibility and access requests should be submitted via the Requests service in the Fingenious -portal. More information and the link to the Request service are available on the website: https://site.fingenious.fi/en/.

Clinical (phenotype) data collected for diagnostics and treatment of the patients at Kuopio University Hospital. Genomic data (raw ChiP- and imputed data) from FinnGen -study. Data returned from biobank studies.
