- The municipalities were contacted every five years for information about vital status, emigration and residency of the respondents; from 1996 onwards municipalities were contacted every year. The participants were linked to the mortality and disease event registers.
- Supplementary Information
- Deaths, cardiovascular events and strokes are followed up for the harmonized MORGAM data, see the detailed information on follow-up procedures in MORGAM e-publication.
