- Follow Up
- Follow-up examinations, such as postal surveys and re-examinations, are done for different purposes.
- Supplementary Information
- Postal follow-up surveys were carried out and evaluated in 2012 and 2014. Since March 2019, LIFE Heart participants have been invited back to the study outpatient clinic and extensively examined as part of a study on heart failure with preserved pump function (HFpEF). Approximately 800 patients who were not diagnosed with heart failure at the time of the baseline survey will be recruited. Parallel to HFpEF study, a comprehensive postal follow-up takes place for all other participants.
