Cohort
Follow Up
Follow-up is based on linkage with hospital discharge records, clinical records and mortality regional registry that is performed occasionally (in 2011, 2019). Endpoints followed up are cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, parkinson, and alzheimer diseases, dementia, multiple sclerosis, cancer, and total and cause-specific mortality.
Supplementary Information

Deaths, cardiovascular events (including heart failure and atrial fibrillation), and type 2 diabetes are followed up for the harmonized MORGAM data, see detailed information on follow-up procedures used for MORGAM data in MORGAM e-publication. Extended follow-up period until 2015 will be completed in 2022 to the MORGAM data for deaths, cardiovascular events (including heart failure and atrial fibrillation) and follow-up for cancers until 2011 will be added.
